If your purchase is too small or too large, you can request an exchange.

The shipping cost of the exchange will be borne by us, but you may need to pay additional charges (such as price difference, shipping cost, etc.)

Returns after dispatch:

If you have received an item that is of faulty quality, damaged, or does not meet the order requirements, please contact our customer service team within a specified timeframe after receipt of the item to make a return request. You may be required to provide relevant evidence (e.g. photos) to support your return request. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size, change of preference, etc.), you may be responsible for your return shipping costs.

To ensure that returns are processed promptly, you will need to make your return request within the specified period after you receive the item. Return requests made after the return deadline may not be accepted. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after purchase, so you will need to pay a 5% handling fee.

  1. Please contact our shop stating the item you wish to return and the reason for the return, along with a photo of the quality issue.
  2. Upon receipt of our return address and instructions, please pack the product to be returned in its original packaging.
  3. Deliver the parcel to your local post office.
  4. Upon return, please provide a return receipt from the shipping company with the weight of the returned item and the tracking number so that we can expedite the refund/exchange. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
